City, Dates, Hotels for 2011 Noise Course
The Noise Course is planned to be given only once in 2011 in San Antonio, Texas on the week of November 29 - December 2, 2011 at the Holiday Inn Riverwalk. If you phone, you must specify your attendance as “Noise Control Lecture Series” in order to receive the group rates. Registration for the course does not include hotel rooms and meals. You must register with Hoover & Keith to be enrolled in the class; registering for a room in the hotel under the group name does not enroll you in the class. You are responsible for making your hotel reservations and cancellations. The maximum registration for the Noise Course 2011 is 25 attendees only.
Meeting Times
Tuesday—Thursday (29th-1st): 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday (2nd): 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The morning break will start at 8 a.m.. Food will not be provided with the course. There will be complementary sodas, hot tea, and coffee during the breaks. The maximum registration is 25 attendees only.
Certificate, A.B.I.H. and C.E.U. Credits
A certificate is presented to each registrant who attends all sessions of the course. The American Board of Industrial Hygiene awards 3.5 CM points for the course attendance; and 26 professional Development Hours (PDH’s) are issued to those requesting them.
Registration and Payment
The course tuition is $1,750.00 per student. There will be an additional $100 fee for purchase orders (payment terms are net 30 days). A student will be considered a “confirmed” student, where a spot will be held, upon the receipt of payment. American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards are accepted for tuition payments. A letter of confirmation will be mailed to you.
